Returns & Cancellations Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at repstopparis@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
1)The sender’s address on your parcel invoice is not valid for returning. If you return back to that address, we can’t get the parcel.
2)Returning address must be confirmed with our customer service.
3)Because of China customs policy, once the returning parcel is seized by our customs, your refunding or resend request will be invalid.
4)Returning parcel invoice value must be confirmed with our customer service before you send back the parcel.
5)Returning shipping method must be confirmed with our customer service before you send back the parcel.
6)Returning shipping need to be paid by you at first. If it should be paid by us, we will pay you once we receive your shipping receipt and returning package.
Faulty orders
If the goods we sent you are faulty, you may return them to replace or get a refund. Returning application should be issued within 7 days from the date you received the orders.
Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
Exchanging orders
We offer exchanging orders in 7 days you received, before they are washed, worn or altered. You will cover reasonable cost issued by exchanging orders.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Other Unreturned orders:
1) Package is broken during shipping, but items are good (We will compensate you relevant losses).
2) Items are broken after used (Can be repaired, charges will be covered by you).
3) Items have been washed, worn or altered.
4) You received the items more than 7 days.
5) You don’t like your orders
Returns with Missing Packaging or Accessories
If you do not have all the original packaging or accessories, we will process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what is missing.
Steps to return an online purchase by mail
1) Contact with customer service to apply for returning or apply return on the bottom of the page (Must contact before returning).
2) Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
3) Include all original packaging and accessories.

4) Send your return the address you confirmed from customer service.
